Issues with Form 'alias'/phone was created by TanMatt
Would someone help me out with this please? I can't seem to figure it out. I can't delete the 'alias' form field either.

I did a search but found nothing, please also bear in mind that I've just become a professional member today. I am not a programmer by trade so this is not something of second nature to me. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Can I just create a new field for the phone number and delete 'alias'? We have recently redesigned our website and starting clean with our client list.

The below topic provides instructions on how to fix this through phpmyadmin and provides the queries for you.

Please be sure to make a backup before running any direct queries. The easiest way to fix this is revert to a backup before the update then update to latest build which isn't affected by this.
