Needing to change an action in Members List

Needing to change an action in Members List was created by cyberspyder
Is there a way to change what happens when a user clicks on a members profile?
We have a site ( www.HealthyAdviceFromThePros.com ) with a members list under the Meet Our Specialists menu link. Currently when you click on the member, it goes to their profile page. The owner of this site wants the click to take the user directly to the members website. The owner doesn't want the click to show the member's profile page. He seems to think that is too many clicks for the user.
We think this will probably require a code edit. but we are not sure where to look and what to change.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are using CB 2.1.1 with CB Profile Pro 1.5.1.
Thanks!

The row URLs are hardcoded to profile. You'd need to turn off linking within your userlist then add your own jQuery to bind to the rows and go wherever you're wanting. Web address fields displayed on userlist should already do as you're wanting when clicking those.
