2 checkout "error 403" and settings

2 checkout "error 403" and settings was created by julie.prod.web
Hi,
I have connected cbsubscription (4.0.2) with 2checkout regarding cbsubs manual.
The connecting is working but have some problems.
1 - After payment, there is a error message "error 403" with below "no basket linked".
2 - In the 2checkout payment page I have 2 items (but all the time people buy 1 plan).

See in attachment my settings :
- API user account was created).
- I have no reccuring payment (I have also 2 plans with one simple payment).

Your CBSubs version is out dated.

Please upgrade to latest CBSubs 4.1 and post any additional issues in the CBSubs Support forum.

I use the paid cbsubs version and this time I don't have money to buy the last version.
All the time on the forum you answer this issue.
But actually I ask just help to finish to set.

Please understand that there are new versions released since your membership expired and those versions have many fixes in them - any of which might be addressing your issue.

Our CBSubs support forums are monitored by CB Team members that help all active subscribers.

I have No idea what your error is - it could be inproper configuration at the 2checkout side (I recall from the manual that you need to configure detailed products for each plan.

Please note that you were most likely send a loyalty discount to renew at half price when your membership expired - if you did not please send me a private message and I will help reinstate it.

Please confirm me if I have to add product in the admin 2checkout aera ?
In the manual it's written I need to configure products in 2checkout aera only if my plans is a recurring payment.

My plans are not recurring payment.
