Can Users add new Tabs on their own?

Hi,

iam using Community builder for a Website about a car-Workshop. Members can register on the Homepage and add informations about their car (model, engine etc.) in the CB-Userprofile. But since some customers have more than one car i want to give them the Option to hit a button like "create additional vehicle" which then opens up a new tab or additional fields.

So i want that the users have the ability to create new Tabs/Fields within their userprofile. How can i accomplish that?

Does no one have any suggestions about my issue? There have to be some kind of extension or plugin to provide that kind of functionality.
