PHP: 5.6.16
MySQL: 5.6.19
Joomla: 3.4.8
Community Builder: 2.0.13

Hello,
I just installed a clean Joomla and set up Mail to SMTP. After Registration the User got a confirmation Mail. Everything works fine.

Then after installing CB no Mails were sent anymore after Registration via CB Form. This seems to be a bug.

Thanks.

Ok thanks.

It turned out that only Gmail can't receive the the Mail messages via SMTP.

But before installing CB also Gmail could receive Mails. So this must have something to do with how CB sends the Mails.

I set up a a new standard Mail account on the server that I use to send the Joomla Mails. See attachment.

Thanks but still not working by adding the port to the SMTP server name.

I tried with Port 25 without SSL and Port 465 with SSL.

Did you try to append the port nunder as indicated in the URL I gave you?

Example:
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com:465
