Include other fields into cb email generated

Hi

I want to add fields in email generated to administrator.
Suppose I have fields like
1) Name
2) Email
3) Username
4) Address
5) Country
6) Sponsor Name
7) Profession
Gender

How can included these fields in email being sent to administrators and not in email being sent.
to users

Please help me same
