Error in User Management

I am from India.

If I select time zone as Kolkata (IST) in Joomla Global Configuration, then I get error in opening Community Builder User Management. Following is the error:

DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (5.5)


So, my request is to help me with this.

This only happens with that one time zone choice? You tried others?

What version of CB & Joomla are you using and do you have any other programs added in?

I have not tried with other time zones.

CB Version: 2.0.11 (Latest)
Joomla Version: 3.4.4 (Latest)

I tried on fresh Joomla install with only CB package installed.

Getting following error

DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (5.5)

Can anyone help on this.

change time zone to utc for now
