First, let me apologize if this has been discussed previously. I did a search and found nothing remotely similar. I have a Joomla Sub-site that offers a free profile to tutors in my area. I am just in the process of setting it up, and am in the final stages. I created a Test User in order to learn enough about Community Builder to write user instructions for those who do sign up. I was able to login as the Test User once and update the Test User profile. Since then, when I attempt to logon, I get first a green box saying login has been successful, followed by a red box saying cookies are not enabled, and hence I cannot login. Cookies are enabled however. The site is at
