We have a joomla multilanguage model agency in english spanish and portugues.
We need to have the same profile for the same model in 3 different languages.
E.g
wwww.mysite.com/en/new-york/naomi-campbell.html (profile in english)
wwww.mysite.com/es/new-york/naomi-campbell.html (profile in spanish)
wwww.mysite.com/pt/new-york/naomi-campbell.html (profile in portugues)

Yes it's possible. You have to use the differents language PHP files in /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language
You will see in the file language.php (in your different languages) lines with fields like 'LOGIN_...' and the translation
The name between the ' ' is use in the different CB fields. Translate your infos there.
