I love CB, everything works fine, except one thing

I love CB, everything works fine, except one thing:

I see "New Blog", but there is no "New Article" Button.
The user is Author. Even Admins or the Super User can't create an article.
What did I do wrong?

Config:
CB 2.0.7
Joomla! 3.4.1 , Joomla Platform 13.1.0
PHP Version 5.5.22
Template JSN Dome Pri 4.0.3

Works as designed - the Articles plugin is meant to just show articles from Joomla or K2 - it will not provide the means to create new articles - those means are configured in Joomla / K2.

But I see an inconsistancy then.

Provided a user wants to contribute content (either an article or blog entry). For the article he has to chose a Button or Link from a Joomla Menu and for the blog entry he has to enter his CB Profile / Tabs.

Inconsistancy:
In a Joomla Menu or Module you can't add "New CB Blog"
In CB you can't add "New Article".

Hope you understand that as constructive feedback.

K2 articles are created by K2 methods.

CB Blogs are created by CB methods - that is why you see the New button.

Actually I see this being very consistent - Joomla doesn't know how to add CB Blogs and CB doesn't know how to add Joomla articles.

That's the technical view. If you think from the user (Admin + frontenduser) if was a smart idea to teach one side to do this.

It would be great, if a user is provided one menu:
NEW (Article) (BLOG)

By the category it's decided where the article will be published

I am desperately looking for a solution where users can contribute articles, beeing able to edit them untill they are published. Therefore it's necessary they users see their own articles only.
