approving new users via email link

I just saw online that there may be the possibility of having a link in my admin email to "approve" the users without logging into the backend or using the workflow module.

I am using Joomla 3.3 and CB 2.0.6

Currently my email comes saying: ACTION REQUIRED! New user sign up request pending approval
I need to login to the backend and find them.

How can I emulate the this page below:
