Layout Age request field in list search was created by Wouter47

I an using CB 2.0.3 on Joomla 3.3.6 on a Dutch language website

In one of the lists search the user van select an age(Leeftijd) between 2 selectable values:

I would like the lower and upper selection on one line and not on 2 as it is now.

Does anyone know where/how I can change this layout?
