Hello, on our website we have the following registration process :
1) User inscription
2) User email validation
3) Administrator validation
After administrator validation : the user receive the confirmation email (Your account has been validated by an administrator...) but the account is not yet activated in community Builder.
To solve this issue i need to open the user profile and click on the save button then every red cross is replaced by a green tick mark and it is ok.
Did i miss a setting somewhere?
