Is there a CB Privacy tutorial?

Is there a tutorial for CB Privacy?
I have installed the plugin and published it but I need to know how to add the privacy to the info I put out.

I have created a new tab and added 2 fields, to start with. I have made fields read only so user cannot change them. But right now both fields show on the users page in the front end.
How do I edit the tab marking to make it private only for profile owner?

Once you install and publish the latest CB Privacy plugin (version 3.3.1 for CB 2.0 or version 3.3.0 for CB 1.9.1) you should be able to see extra parameters in the right column (for CB 1.9.1 or in the Integrations tab for CB 2.0) when editing any CB Field or any CB tab.

There is for example a Display drop-down that you can set to control privacy on a field/tab.

Should be self-explanatory once you see the parameters.
