How do I create a field off a question

Hi again!
Well now I would like to ask for some more advice, this time regarding my reg form.
A question on the form is 'What is your Industry', once they have chosen and answer such as 'Accounting', then I would like to have another option only referring to their answer 'Accounting', which will ask for more specific detail about that. ie, 'What is your title' where they will then have another set of choices.

Each set of secondary questions will be different than the next. Does that make sense?
