Hoping someone can point me to instructions on how to allow a site manager access to various functions such as user management beyond just the approval/workflow that the CB_Workflows module offers?
Basically, I need to extend a reduced set of functions to someone either via front or back end to support full user management (add/delete/edit) as well as approvals. I have been trying to use the Joomla ACL, but it seems that there's no way to allow access to the User Manager tab without allowing access to all the other functions.
