one thing is left:

[cb:if cb_team="%Vienna Constables%"]<a href="saison-2014/player/[cb_joomsport]">Playerstats</a>[/cb:if][cb:if cb_team="Wild Raccoons"]<a href="season2014/player/[cb_joomsport]">Playerstats</a>[/cb:if]

the "%" are not working! is there another possibility for a mulitselector field to add the cb:if?

Think you have to use regex for this.
