Login failure CB 1.9 and J!3.2

hi everyone,
I have a strange problem: the passwords - administrated in the CB "user management" - can only be used one time. When I repeat the login with the same username and the same password, the login failed: wrong username or password.

Is it actually normal when after the synchronisation the Joomla core user administration is not accessible (404 - component not found)?

Has anyone an idea what here goes wrong?

You should also see a message on your CB Configuration page that you need to upgrade to CB 1.9.1.
