ID card program will it work with CB?

We are interested in using CB for a unique program that will pertain to medical patients with a rare disorder.

We want to give the patients an ID card with an ID# and that is tied to a pin number.

When the card is presented to the medical professional they then can go to a PC and enter on a website both the ID# and pin. The hope is that when both sets of number match that a profile page will appear. On the profile page would contain the relevant information and links to additional info. The information on the profile page will be only edited or inputted by us, the issues of the card.

Is this at all possible with CB? If so any tips?
