Install this free Joomla plugin and check its description - it is very detailed and it tells you exactly what it does.
It does not synchronize any CB Fields outside of the First/Last/email ones. It only operates on new CB/Joomla registrations (frontend process or admin backend additions).
If you want to sync other CB fields to CiviCRM you would need to create a CB Auto Action (Professional membership) that supports CiviCRM core fields.
We have nothing to sync to CiviCRM custom fields.
