Cannot open file for writing log message

I am the administrator of a website and some users tells me that when you try to log in cblogin module will respond "Cannot open file for writing log".

How I can fix it?.

I suggest you test for yourself and see if you can replicate this.

I cannot on my sites.

Also when posting for free community support you should give more information like version numbers, etc.
