So if you disable 404sef things still don;t work?

Sorry - no issues here with exact joomla and cb versions.

what has sef to do with it? Also i need sef. I bought extension for this job. Is there any way to work with sef?

I am trying to help you.

If things work with SEF off then the issue is being caused by the third-party SEF extension you purchased.

i had sh404 from the 1st day i created the site. Also CB with sef was working fine. Now with some joomla updates or i don't know what could be wrong it's not working.
