[Solved] Change search subject

Hello, is there a way to change the search subject of the field search in the userlists?
It actually searched nicknames and I don't use them...I'd like to search names instead

In the List management edit the list you wanna find the name in.
The "name" field must be in the "Enable Column 1: Column 1 Title:"
