I want to present a list in a nicer way than seen here (

) I am relatively new to CB. Can anyone provide some tips as I can't seem to see much control.
I'd like to:
- have better separation between contacts (maybe a line or color bar between them as in a spreadsheet)
- have an alphabetical index at the top so people can select [for example] the letter "J" to jump to the names that begin with "J
- have the name (the first field shown in each list profile) in Bold
- be able to concatenate the list so that columns are used to continue the lists of contacts rather than additional fields - i.e a mailing list in MS Word for Avery labels where once the first column is filled, the list continues to the 2nd, 3rd, and fourth columns, etc.
I would just really like to present the list in an easier to read, more visually appealing, and accessible way and I could use some advice and/or help.
I'd appreciate a response.
