User Creation Process

I am wondering simple and almost stupid question about CB (Joomla 1.6.3 with CB 1.4):

What is the correct process of creating new users in backend by Super User (Administrator)?

In my website front end registration by user himself is not allowed, so admin is supposed to create new users.

Which is ok:

1. Create user in Joomla's standart User Manager
2. Then goto CB and check fields
3. Select CB -> Tools -> Synchronize Users

or

1. Create User in CB
2. Select CB -> Tools -> Synchronize Users
3. See if

?

Does the synchronize need to be run everytime?

Logged in backend with superuser account (make sure this user is only in the superuser group and no other) just visit the CB User Manager and click new.

No need to run sync tools as user will automatically be created in Joomla also.

Once CB is installed you should not do any actions for users through the Joomla user manager - this would create synchronization issues.
