field delimeter

im just wondering how its can be done like this:

i really need to do like this kind of form

Free CB has delimiter fields.

Just create a field and put whatever HTML content you want in it (in description area for this field type).

Then mark the delimiter field to be included in the registration (but not to show on profile).

Put _UE_BLANK for title name.
