I have a site on which I wish the public to be able to search for members in a particular type of industry but not have access to the complete list of members.
I have a multi-select field for industry types and this can be searched.
However it offers a "No Preference" option which returns all the members and insists on putting a "List all" item on the page
How do I remove these two
