Profile Picture Admin

Hi I am looking for a way to admin user profile avatars from the user manager. We used to use com_cbpictureadmin but it is no longer supported. Can anyone give any pointers as to the best way to do this?

Not familiar with this component and what it does/did.

Can you please explain for others reading and perhaps wishing to assist what do you mean by "admin user profile avatars"?

Thanks I think I've found the area in the admin that deals with avatar changes so my issue may no longer be an issue. it looks like most of what I want to do is part of the core functionality.
