I need to redirect the new user based on one of his response in the form.
I am going to try to be a bit more clear. I realise a website for a school where the purpose is to collect information depending of student, parents or people who work in this school. The site is:

depending of which radio button is selectionned (eleves, parents....) I need that at the end of the registration, the person would be redirect to a different survey.
There is also the possibility that on the email received, I indicate a link where to file the survey.
I hope someone is going to be able to help me. I work on that for 6 days now.
