No Authorization to view users from userlist

I am currently using Joomla 1.6 and CB 1.4 (recently updated from 1.6 RC and CB1.3.1)

I created a userlist to show all users since we are using it as a contact list.

If I login on my user account (super admin) I can see the list, but if I click on any of the users with the exception of my own name I get the message: "You are not authorized to view this page!". I have no problem checking my own account.
However if I login via a different account who is just a registered user I am actually able to open all the users on that list. I am using the CB login module

So I think it has to due with a weird setting on my behalf.

These are the settings I have for the list:

User Group to allow access to: Everybody (tried registered users, but that didn't fix the problem)

User Groups to Include in List: selected everybody
hotlinking protection is turned off.

Make sure you have the mandatory public menu link to CB as stated in the installation documentation.
