Bug in 1.7

I don't speak english - please, excuse me my bad englisch.

I running Joomla 1.5.9 in Legacy-Mode.

I found a bug in version 1.7 with hotfix 1.
I'm not Premium-User by UddeIM and I can't the Link to the Spam-message not deactivate.
In the Config is this grey and "NO", but the Link is visible in the Frontend.

I am working on a hotfix2 which solves this problem. You can download a preliminary version of this hotfix2 from the SVN.

I will release hotfix2 in a few days.
