email notifications was created by chesapeake

users who choose to receive email notifications only when offline are also receiving them when online.

This seemed to work before I changed my site domain name. Is this a cookie issue? Is there something that I need to update to make this work properly again?

Its not a cookie issue and when you have only changed the site name it should still work.
