Showing menu in private message page

How can I display my top menu when viewers are looking at their private messages?

Did I do something wrong? Should it not be its own page but tied into CB somehow?

Joomla 1.5.10 Stable

No, I haven't created a link.

To get to the page I am talking about, members click on the mail icon that takes them to their private messages. As far as I know, I have no control over the link.


*UPDATE* It appears I have no top menu in any CB functions. So I am assuming here that uddeIM is being handled through CB and CB may be the cause that I have no top menu on many pages.

Similar issue: my Member Area menu (should be on the left) will not show when the Private Messaging is showing in content. There is just a space where the menu should be showing and on the right is the PM screen/info as it should be.

I have created a link to the PM (UddeIM) component and set the submenu to show on that page.

Using CB 1.2 and joomla 1.5.10.

Any ideas where I might look to fix and show the menu? Otherwise it not only looks odd but people will get "marooned" when they click into PM.

It sounds that your content area is not width enough to show uddeIM. You can try to modify the uddeim template.

Another possibility that might cause this issue is that there is a bug in your site CSS file or one of your modules so maybe one of the html tags (e.g. a <div> ) is not closed properly.
