add url to admin system messages

Hi

How can I add a url to system messages sent by admin, i have the messages set to only notify not read all, so want to add my url at the bottom of these notifications so as to make it easy for people to get to site

i'm using Verison 1.4
p.s i'm no coder, so need a step by step if possible?

Please open the language and search for the language strings used for notifications (they are mentioned in the FAQ). The available placeholders are also listed in the FAQ.
