Email Notification in J!1.0.13

Well, I see all those "Solved" emai notifications posts and they al have to do with older versions of uddeIM and/or Joomla 1.5+....

Here's what I got going on:

1. Same problem as everyone else that has no email notifications - no emails!

2. I am running Joomla! 1.0.13
3. Just downloaded and installed the freshest, newest uddeIM 1.4 about 1 hour ago.
4. I have all settings set the way they should be according to all those posts.
5. Still no emails. Everything else sends out emails fine, CB, Mass Mail, etc., so I am not RBL'd.


Any thoughts?

Well, there are approx. 20.000 downloads of 1.4 and when you compare this number with 3 or 4 posts that do not receive any emails then you can be sure that there is a problem with the installation and not with uddeIM.

I personally checked three systems which claimed problems with notifications and there was always a configuration setting which was the problem.

I described all possibilities in the FAQ which you really should read in case of a problem.

You can send me a super admin login to your site and you should have Explorer installed. In case it is a configuration fault I expect a generous donation.
