ERROR: There is no user with this username!

uddeIM 1.4

When trying to use "Real Names" option I get the error:

There is no user with this username!

Yes I read the FAQ. I am not using JoomFish.

The user name that is not found is shown in parentheses

for example: (First Second)
highlighted in red.

I'd love to use real names, so please ask me what other information do you need to help me solve this.

Does the real name contain special characters?

I am using real names on all of my sites and its working fine there even with german umlauts.

No, the names that fail to be found contain just normal characters.

There are some names written in Chinese in the database, but I have not tried to send to them directly.

Its very odd and frustrating.

Is the user disabled in Joomla?
Is the user blocked in CB?
Does the user block you?
Is the user group blocked in uddeIM?

Maybe you can provide me a super admin login to your site to check whats going on. I need also Extplorer installed in order to change uddeIM files.

Is the user disabled in Joomla? No. One of the users that cannot be found is me (not admin)

Is the user blocked in CB? No. I do not use CB anymore. I uninstalled it.

Does the user block you? No. Blocking system is not enabled.

Is the user group blocked in uddeIM? No.

Let's try with the superuser tomorrow. I'll create an account and will PM you.
