cb tab for quick message ..

HI,

Id like to know urgent if possible. I want the cb quick message tab to appear to public users not just registered. I have enabled the tabs to work but the tab only appears to registered users. Why is this as i dont want the users email addresses to appear in the contact box, i hide that so all i want is for any type of user to be able to send a quick private message.

That has been discussed before. Because of security reasons that is not possible.

You can use uddeIM's "Public Frontend" feature for that purpose.

i enabled 'Enable public frontend' but i dont see the link to add a message? sorry for this basic problem but am i missing something here??

ok i understand what you mean now, is it possible to show a list of user emails when you use public_front end feature? basically so the user does not have to copy and paste an email into the box.

A "public user" does not have an inbox.
