mod_uddeim12 question???

does mod_uddeim12 have a safe mode configuration/setting? one that will not interfere/conflict with the scripts/plugins in my site.

i have successfully upgraded uddeIM from 1.1 to 1.2, thanks to the very clear readme file in it. now i'm trying to use the mod_uddeim12 in my site set to no output so as for it to function as pop-up notifier only. unfortunately wherever in my site it does not give popup notification. am assuming that my site template is causing it.

any inputs will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Do you use the "DHTML popup" or the "floating window"? What does the javascript error console say?
Have you enabled popups in the module?
Has the user enabled popups in his settings?
