(solved)UddeIM popup message help please

Hi All

joomla 1.012 php5 cb 1.1 uddeim 1.2

Cant get the pop up message to work on profiles or user list any other pages on the site no problem .
Is there a setting i have missed.

Do you use a module or plugin on these pages which may interfere with uddeIM?
What does the Javascript error console say?

thanks for the advice i did i look up and found the CB Gallery (aka Nant's Gallery) Module was causing it.
