mod_cblogin patche doesn't work was created by niitpro

I just installed uddeim 0.9 and mod_cblogin patche but I can not login from front-end with this module, "Incorrect username or password. Please try again"

Please help me
Joomla 1.0.14rc, Uddeim 0.9+
