Hey, when i try and install uddeim, it says failed to move to /media, but i have checked and even put the chmod to 777, still dosent work, can someone help me please.
Which directories have 777 access? Check the temp folder (afaik this is your media folder). Also the \components\ and \administrator\components\ folders must be writeable for Joomla.
Joomla 1.5? If so check the section regarding J1.5 in the readme file.

Well found out that my host only allow's a 1mb upload via php, that is what was wrong, it wouldnt upload, so i deleted the languages i didnt need,which got the component just under, and now i am in the configuration part as im typing lol.
