btw, I am not quite sure if I have already changed the behaviour in uddeIM 0.9 (in 1.0 I have), could you start the pruning process on the maintanence tab, plz? It should delete the orphaned message.

Yes, thats correct. uddeIM recognizes that user 71 does not exists (it tells you this during the maintenance process). It has also told you that there is still a message to this user in the database.

The maintenance process does nothing else then trashing this massage (so it putss the message into the trashcan). The next time the purge process in involved (and the lifespan of trashed messages is exceeded) it will be deleted physically from the database.

So everything is fine right now. Since the message is not already physically deleted it will still be listed in the "check" process.

In uddeIM 0.9 you have to wait the time you have specified in "Trash lifespan" until the messages are deleted physically, in uddeIM 1.0 this will be done immediately.

You can install rc2 if you like. rc2 already contains the changed code.
