Difficulty installing com_uddeim09b+

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can provide assistance. I seem to be having a problem installing the uddeIM component - com_uddeim09b+. I browse and locate the file but on upload and install, after what seems to be longer than a successful installation, I am presented with a blank white screen. I'm not geting any confirmation or error messages, just a blank screen. I have installed the module and plugin which were in the zipped file and they installed sucessfully.

I'd apreciate some advice.

Can you see the files on your server? What I mean is, can you confirm that the files have been uploaded? Maybe you are getting timed out.
