Registration fields missing

I just sent out a mass email to try to get folks to register on my site and just noticed the username and email fields are missing from the registration page.

I tried to go back to earlier back-up versions but still had the same problem.

Please site my site has been running smooth for the pasr few months with no problem.

I'm sorry but can you point to where this has been addressed before. I've been looking on the site for a couple of hours but did not see an answer.

However, as you can see this has nothing to do with uddeIM ... so this post you made is in the wrong area (really makes things difficult for others).
