Hi Everyone,
I have searched for the past 4 hours all over the web, trying to find an answer to my problems, but no success. I hope to find it here.
I have Joomla 3.8.6 Installed along with the latest version of CB. I have successfully configured CB with Kunena. I am now trying to move onto private messaging, however I am having no success.
I have downloaded via the official site - I have downloaded the correct package 4.0 - 3.0 -3.5
I unzip and locate the component folder. I then upload that folder and get the following errors:

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Extension Update: Custom install routine failure.

Cannot upgrade 4.0 to 4.0
Error installing component
This is a fresh install of uddeIM, I am not upgrading.
I have honestly searched for hours before I had to post. Any help would be truly appreciated!
