no pup up menu when send message and no mail alerte

Hello, l have view that when l send a new message for a new user (in mail box uddeim) l lose the pop up alerte in mainpage when the user log...Of more l went when a message uddeim send in same time a mail have send to alerte the user about this new message : How do it plaese ?

hello. L find the solution : In paramter in tab "integration" l set the option 'pop up' in 'yes . Of more in menu marameter l click on " Configuration users" on top of menu and l active all option of pop up on 'yes' .
