Using uddeIM 3.6 and 3.5 premium
newly without conscient changing my user registrated and administrator
get's this error notice. But he is not banned he is active.
I am the site administrator but I don't know what to do.
Using joomla 3.4.5, CB 2.0.12 nightly and GJ 3.0 RC1.
My settings are normally for getting notices with Email. That's perhaps the reason why I did not see until now.

EDIT:
And it's only he (it's me with a second email.
For other persons it works fine.

No I am using uddeIm 3.7 sorry.

Please check the user settings in uddeIM backend->User Settings.
The mailbox is locked.
