Hello! sound for all new incoming messages is not worked!
firebug not show errors
i am trying change beetween dom and html5, no sound
where you can still see what is the reason ?

I am sorry, I have no idea.

Check:
"Enable popups" = "yes"?
"Notification type" = "Floating box" (so you can see if notifications basically work)
"Sound alert" = "HTML5"

Maybe:
"Enable AJAX" = "No"
