create setting (id not assigned automatically in uddeIM)

Hi

would like to ask how to fix this. I have uddeIM 3.5 on Joomla 3.3.6
when users register in joomla, uddeIM does not assign them a uddeIM id automatically, and I have to go to "user settings" in uddeIM and choose "create setting".
From where can I adjust this ?

When the new user visits his inbox the settings are created automatically using the default settings specified in the uddeIM backend.

but there is one case that is not covered.

I am using uddeIM as a PMS in AdsManager
So even if a registered user has never visited his inbox, there is a chance that a guest will want to send him a PM which will be delivered also to his email.
What happens in this case

When AdsManager uses the uddeIM API it should work.

Btw the uddeIM ids are identically to the Joomla user ids.
