Avatars disappeared all in UddeIM 3.0

Avatars disappeared all in UddeIM 3.0 was created by dirkovision

all of a sudden all private-avatars of Udde IM 3.0 (Joomla 3.3.6) disappeared while sending msges. Instead of these private Avatars (pictures) now blue square with G in it appear.
Who can help us please ?

What's your CB version? Can you update to UddeIM 3.5?

dunno what is CB, we use Kunena 3.0 Is that what we have to use to upload avatars ?

CB is Community Builder and used by most people posting here. What are you using for your user management. Basic Joomla? Have you recently updated any compontents?
Updating Kunena to 3.0.6 and UddeIM to 3.5 might be a good idea.
